Looks like we're going to be moving just a little more West and way North. My new wife and I have decided to move on up towards Seattle, WA ways. It will be nice to see greenery again and breath moistened air. We hope our friends will come visit us sometime in the Emerald City where the seafood is oh so fresh.
By the way, if you're ever up in Utah sometime, you really need to visit the Canyonlands. Just South West of Arches National Park and the city of Moab is this fantastic National Park. If you have a choice between the Grand Canyon and the Canyonlands, and have more than one day to enjoy, then stay in Moab and visit the surrounding parks. If you are a mountain biker, then you will certainly want to spend some time around Moab. The famous Slickrock trails are the favorite place for mountain cyclists accross the world. They also have an annual Easter Jeep Safari event in Moab, as the surrounding area is fantastic for 4x4 trail riding. Here is one of my favorite photographs from our trip to the Canyonlands.
And while you're out there, don't foget to visit our favorite place, Goblin Valley State Park, UT. This is where they filmed the rock monster scene for the Tim Allen movie Galaxy Quest.
